BLACK FRIDAY 2025 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

Purchases made during the Black Friday 2025 period are not eligible for returns, in accordance with the special conditions applicable to this type of promotional campaign.

However, in order to facilitate purchases intended for Christmas gifts, Sveti Stefan exceptionally extends the period to request exchanges until January 10, 2026. All exchanges will be subject to stock availability and must comply with the general conditions set out in our exchanges policy.

This special policy will apply exclusively to purchases made during the Black Friday period, which runs between the following dates:

Early Access start: Sunday, November 23, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. (CET – official time in Spain)

End of the campaign: Sunday, November 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. (CET – official time in Spain)

Outside this period, the general returns and exchanges conditions in force on the website will apply.

Dear customer, if for any reason the order you have received does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange. To do so, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging (including all its contents).

You may exchange or return your order within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, in accordance with the legal timeframe.

During the Christmas period, from December 1 onwards, the exchange period will be extended until January 10.

During sales periods, refunds are not accepted either in-store or online. A store credit with no expiration date or an exchange will be issued instead.

No exchanges or returns are accepted for purchases made in the outlet.

In-store purchases

All purchases made in our physical stores are not eligible for cash refunds. However, we offer the option to exchange for another size or model to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If the item does not meet your expectations in terms of size or model preference, our team will be happy to assist you in finding an alternative that better suits your needs.

Online orders

If you process a return of an online order through our return system, we will refund the order amount minus the return shipping costs once the product has been received and inspected.

The refund may take between 5 and 7 business days to appear in the destination bank account, depending on the banking institution.

If you prefer to manage the return on your own, the refund will be issued in full, provided that the product arrives in perfect condition.

If you return an online order in a physical store, no refund will be processed; however, you may exchange the product or receive a store credit for the corresponding amount.

To provide maximum flexibility, store credits will retain the value of the original purchase and will have no expiration date. This store credit may be used at any time in the future to purchase products from our store that suit your preferences and needs.

The Sveti Stefan team will contact you to assist with the process once your request has been received. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, who must send the item to the following address:

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition, together with any related accessories.

All items will be inspected by Sveti Stefan staff to assess their condition. If it is determined that the items are not in suitable condition, the return will not be accepted.

For Spain and Portugal, size exchanges are free of charge, with Sveti Stefan covering the management costs.

Model exchange costs will be borne by the customer, who must send the item to be exchanged to the following address:

If Sveti Stefan manages the return or exchange, the costs will be as follows:

Spain & Portugal
Size exchanges: free of charge.
Returns: the cost borne by the customer will be €10 per return. This amount will be deducted from the refund, which will be processed using the original payment method.
Model exchanges: the cost borne by the customer will be €7 per model exchange.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The customer is obliged to return the product in perfect condition, properly packaged and protected in its original box. The product must be in the same condition in which it was received, including the sole of the shoe. We recommend trying shoes on a carpeted surface.

REFUND OF AMOUNT PAID

Sveti Stefan will proceed with the refund once the returned product has been received and its good condition verified. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
