SHIPPINGS AND RETURNS

SHIPMENT OF THE NEW PRODUCT

The delivery time for domestic shipments will be a maximum of three working days. Express delivery will also be available if necessary.

The rate and time of delivery abroad will depend on the receiving country. 

If your shipment requires special urgency you can contact Sveti Stefan at info@mysvetistefan.com to speed up the delivery.

SHIPMENT AND RETURN POLICY

Dear customer, if for any reason the order you have received does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to help you with the return. In order to continue improving, we would be grateful if you could let us know the reason for the change.

Once you have received your order, you will have 15 calendar days to return it for another product or change the size. During the Christmas period, the deadline for exchange or return is extended until the 10th of January.

*Remember that, if you wish to make a second change of size or model, you will have to manage it as a return and NOT as an exchange.

In the case of the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Portugal, please contact us through our e-mail address: info@mysvetistefan.com to study each situation.

Size change

*If the change of size is not in the peninsula, please consult the conditions at info@mysvetistefan.com

Then, in order to change the size, you must follow the following steps:

  • You must request the change by email to info@mysvetistefan.com indicating the order number, and the new size number requested.
  • Once we receive the email, we will evaluate your request and send you a form with the steps to follow to proceed with the return.
  • The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • The customer will assume a cost of 5 euros for size exchange.  
Change of model

*If the change of model is not in peninsula, consult the conditions in info@mysvetistefan.com

Then, in order to make a change of model, you must follow the following steps:

  • You must request the change by email to info@mysvetistefan.com indicating the order number, and the new size number requested.
  • Once we receive the email, we will evaluate your request and send you a form with the steps to follow to proceed with the return.
  • The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • The customer will assume a cost of 10 euros for changing the model.  

Returning the product

Then, to proceed with the return, you must follow the following steps:

  • You must request the change by email to info@mysvetistefan.com indicating the order number, the reason for the incident and the items affected.
  • Once we receive the email, we will evaluate your request and send you a form with the steps to follow to proceed with the return.
  • The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • The customer must assume a cost of 10 euros for such return.
  • If there is a price difference between the original article and the one requested for the exchange, it will be generated by bank transfer.

Promotions or sales

Durante el periodo de promociones o rebajas, aquellos artículos que hayan sido adquiridos con descuento, no tendrán las mismas condiciones de cambio de talla o devolución que una adquisición fuera de promoción. 

All changes of size, model or colour will have a cost of 10 euros for collection and delivery.  

My order is wrong and/or defective

During the period of promotions or sales, those articles that have been acquired with discount, will not have the same conditions of change of size or return that an acquisition out of promotion.
