SHIPMENT OF THE NEW PRODUCT

The delivery time for domestic shipments will be a maximum of three working days. Express delivery will also be available if necessary.

The rate and time of delivery abroad will depend on the receiving country. 

If your shipment requires special urgency you can contact Sveti Stefan at info@mysvetistefan.com to speed up the delivery.

SHIPMENT AND RETURN POLICY

Dear customer, if for any reason the order you have received does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to help you with the return. In order to continue improving, we would be grateful if you could let us know the reason for the change.

Once you have received your order, you will have 15 calendar days to return it for another product or change the size. During the Christmas period, the deadline for exchange or return is extended until the 10th of January.

*Remember that, if you wish to make a second change of size or model, you will have to manage it as a return and NOT as an exchange.

Size change

*If the change of size is not in the peninsula, please consult the conditions at info@mysvetistefan.com

Then, in order to change the size, you must follow the following steps:

  • You must request the change by email to info@mysvetistefan.com indicating the order number, and the new size number requested.
  • Once we receive the email, we will evaluate your request and send you a form with the steps to follow to proceed with the return.
  • The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • The customer will assume a cost of 5 euros for size exchange.  
Change of model

*If the change of model is not in peninsula, consult the conditions in info@mysvetistefan.com

Then, in order to make a change of model, you must follow the following steps:

  • You must request the change by email to info@mysvetistefan.com indicating the order number, and the new size number requested.
  • Once we receive the email, we will evaluate your request and send you a form with the steps to follow to proceed with the return.
  • The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • The customer will assume a cost of 10 euros for changing the model.  

Returning the product

Then, to proceed with the return, you must follow the following steps:

  • You must request the change by email to info@mysvetistefan.com indicating the order number, the reason for the incident and the items affected.
  • Once we receive the email, we will evaluate your request and send you a form with the steps to follow to proceed with the return.
  • The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • The customer must assume a cost of 10 euros for such return.
  • If there is a price difference between the original article and the one requested for the exchange, it will be generated by bank transfer.

Promotions or sales

Durante el periodo de promociones o rebajas, aquellos artículos que hayan sido adquiridos con descuento, no tendrán las mismas condiciones de cambio de talla o devolución que una adquisición fuera de promoción. 

All changes of size, model or colour will have a cost of 10 euros for collection and delivery.  

My order is wrong and/or defective

During the period of promotions or sales, those articles that have been acquired with discount, will not have the same conditions of change of size or return that an acquisition out of promotion.

CONSEJOS GENERALES

Utiliza la bolsita de tela que enviamos guardar tus zapatos y asegurar que esté 100% protegido.

Recomendamos llenar la punta de los zapatos con las bolas de papel de seda para que no pierdan la forma.

En cualquier caso, no lavar los zapatos a máquina ni sumergirlos en agua.

Siguiendo estas recomendaciones, tus zapatos de Sveti Stefan se mantendrán impecables y listos para acompañarte en cualquier ocasión.

Terciopelo

El terciopelo es un delicado que requiere cuidados especiales para mantener su suavidad, profundidad de color y acabado aterciopelado. Para conservar tus Svetis en perfecto estado, sigue estos pasos:

  • Elimina el polvo y la suciedad superficial con un cepillo de cerdas muy suaves siempre cepillando en la misma dirección de la fibra para evitar dañar la textura.
  • Para manchas leves, usa un paño de microfibra  ligeramente humedecido con agua. Si la mancha persiste, añade una gota de jabón neutro especial para tejidos delicados y frota con movimientos suaves y sin presión.
  • Nunca frotes enérgicamente ni uses demasiada agua, ya que el terciopelo puede absorber la humedad y perder su acabado característico.
  • Deja secar al aire libre en un lugar ventilado y a la sombra, evitando la luz solar directa y las fuentes de calor que podrían alterar la textura y el color del tejido.

Consejos Adicionales

  • Evita el contacto con líquidos, aceites y productos cosméticos, ya que el terciopelo es especialmente sensible a las manchas y su absorción es difícil de revertir.
  • Para recuperar la textura si se ha aplastado con el uso,  cepilla suavemente para levantar las fibras sin dañarlas.
  • Presta especial atención a los detalles bordados, apliques o abalorios, limpiándolos con cuidado para conservar su acabado sin afectar el tejido.
  • Si la mancha no desaparece o el zapato necesita un cuidado más profundo, lo mejor es acudir a un especialista en limpieza de calzado delicado.

Raso

Para conservar la delicadeza y el brillo del raso, es fundamental seguir estos pasos de limpieza y mantenimiento:

  1. Elimina el polvo y suciedad superficial con un cepillo de cerdas suaves, asegurándote de no presionar en exceso sobre el tejido.
  2. Humedece ligeramente un paño de microfibra. Si es necesario, añade unas gotas de jabón neutro o especial para tejidos delicados.
  3. Frota con suavidad las zonas más sucias, realizando movimientos circulares sin ejercer demasiada presión.
  4. Aclara el paño con frecuencia para evitar que la suciedad vuelva a depositarse sobre el zapato.
  5. Deja secar al aire libre, lejos de la luz solar directa y de fuentes de calor, para mantener la textura y el color original del raso.

Consejos Adicionales

  • El raso es un material delicado, por lo que se recomienda tratarlo con especial cuidado. Antes de aplicar cualquier producto, pruébalo en una zona poco visible del zapato.
  • Evita frotar en exceso, para no dañar el tejido y alterar su acabado.
  • Presta especial atención a los detalles bordados, apliques o abalorios, limpiándolos con cuidado para conservar su acabado sin afectar el tejido.
  • Si la mancha persiste o es difícil de eliminar, lo mejor es acudir a un profesional especializado en limpieza de calzado.

Lino y algodón

Cuidado de tus Svetis de lino y algodón

Los zapatos de lino y algodón están confeccionados con fibras naturales que requieren cuidados específicos para conservar su textura, transpirabilidad y color original. Sigue estos pasos para mantenerlos impecables:

  • Elimina el polvo y la suciedad superficial con un cepillo de cerdas suaves.. Si el tejido tiene textura, cepilla en la dirección de la fibra para evitar desgastes.
  • Para manchas leves, usa un paño de microfibra limpio ligeramente humedecido con agua tibia y unas gotas de jabón neutro. Frota suavemente sin empapar el tejido.
  • Si la mancha persiste, puedes usar un cepillo de dientes de cerdas suaves para aplicar el jabón con movimientos circulares, sin ejercer demasiada presión.
  • Aclara con un paño limpio y húmedo, evitando el exceso de agua para que el material no absorba humedad en exceso.
  • Deja secar al aire en un lugar ventilado y a la sombra, evitando la luz solar directa para prevenir decoloraciones.

Consejos Adicionales

  • Si el lino o algodón se arruga ligeramente, puedes usar vapor o planchar a baja temperatura colocando un paño entre la plancha y el zapato para proteger el material.
  • Presta especial atención a los detalles bordados, apliques o abalorios, limpiándolos con cuidado para conservar su acabado sin afectar el tejido.
  • Protege tus zapatos de la humedad y la lluvia, ya que estos materiales absorben fácilmente el agua y pueden perder su forma original.
  • Para una limpieza más profunda, es recomendable acudir a un profesional especializado en tejidos naturales.
