SHIPPING OF THE NEW PRODUCT

The delivery time for national shipments will be a maximum of three working days. Express shipping will be available in case of being necessary.

The rate and the time of shipping abroad will depend entirely on the receiving country.

If your shipment requires urgency, you can contact Sveti Stefan via their email info@mysvetistefan.com to facilitate and speed up the process.

SHIPMENT AND RETURN POLICY

Dear costumer, if for any reason the order you have received does not meet your expectations, we will be more than happy to help you with the return. To continue improving, we would appreciate if you could tell us the reason for the return.

Once the order has been received , you will have 15 calendar days to order a change in product or in size. In the Christmas season, the exchange or return period will be extended until the 10th of January.

*Do not forget, that if you wish to make a second change of size or model, it should be done as a return and NOT as a change.

If form the Canary islands, Balearic islands or Portugal, please contact us via our email info@mysvetistefan.com to study each individual situation.

Change in Size

*If the change in size is not within the peninsula, please discuss the conditions with info@mysvetistefan.com

Furthermore, in order to make a change in size, you will have to follow the following steps:

  • The change will have to be requested via email – info@svetistefan.com indicating the order number, and the new requested size number.
  • Once the email has been received, we will asses your request and send you a form with a series of steps to follow to proceed with the return.
  • The product must be returned in a perfect state within its original packaging. We maintain the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above.
  • The client will be charged a cost of 5 euros for the purpose of changing the shoe size.

Return of product

Moreover, to return a product, you will have to follow the following steps:

  • The change has to be requested via email – info@mysvetistefan.com indicating the orders number, the reason of the claim and the affected items.
  • Once the email has been received, we will asses your request and send you a form with a series of steps to follow to proceed with the return.
  • The product must be returned in a perfect state within its original packaging. We maintain the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above.
  • The client will be charged a cost of 10 euros for the purpose of the return.
  • In case of a price difference between the original product and the requested product for the change, it will be done via wire transfer.

Promotions or discounts

Throughout the promotion or discount period, the products which have been bought with a discount, will not have the same conditions with the change of size or return as those bought outside the discount or promotion season.

All the changes in size, model, or color will have an additional charge of 10 euros, to cover the extras in shipment and collection

My order is wrong and/or defective

In the event that my order is wrong and/or defective once we have reviewed it, we will take care of everything. To do this, you must contact by telephone or by email to the addresses and telephone numbers that appear in these general conditions.
